I'm grateful that my mind is awake.

I took this picture in August after a walk on Jones Beach/Field #6. These signs are right after the traffic circle heading west on Ocean Parkway. I have passed these signs hundreds of times over the years... then suddenly on 08.20.11 as I drove by... I saw OM.

OM... The sound of the universe... sending me a message... stay mindful and meditate everyday.
